GigTel provides E911 services where supported. We will collect your address when your devices are registered and send it to emergency response personnel when you dial 911. If a device is moved to a new address, it's essential that you provide GigTel with the new location.
GigTel’s cloud-based phone system includes a call forwarding feature. When you enable it, calls are forwarded to an alternate number, such as a mobile phone, in the event of a power disruption. While your physical handset may not work, you will still be able to make and receive calls.
