Can I be a Referral Partner if I don’t have technical or sales experience?
A.
Very few of our referral partners have telecom backgrounds, and most have never been in sales. Our most successful referral partners are individuals interested in networking and helping businesses run more efficiently. Our partners offer an introduction to a company that may be interested in upgrading or replacing their current phone system, and a GigTel technology advisor is then responsible for the sales process. Upon closing a deal, the referral partner gets monthly residual income for the life of the contract, including Renewals.

When we receive a referral, our first step is to follow up with you to confirm receipt of your referral, review any insight that you may have, and discuss whether you would like to be included in the sales process. Next, we’ll reach out to your referral. If they’re interested, we will continue the discussion. If they’re not interested, we respect their decision and cease communication.
