What taxes does GigTel charge?
GigTel is required to collect taxes and fees on behalf of federal, state, and local government entities. Taxes are based on your service address and are subject to change.

Some standard taxes and fees may be added to each line of service on an account.

Your GigTel monthly bill may cover the following:
  1. Monthly charges for voice, UCaaS, CCaaS, and CRM services.
  2. Usage charges for international calling outside the U.S. and Canada.
  3. Consumption charges for toll-free minutes that exceed your monthly plan.
  4. Communications taxes and fees: Federal FUSF (VoIP), Federal FCC Regulatory Fee (VoIP), E911 Fee, and the Regulatory Recovery Fee.
